Through the delivery of data & insights to customers and customer-facing teams, she has enabled Okta to serve all customers from SMB (via self-service) to its largest enterprise customers to not just scale but also more effectively drive better customer outcomes through deeply personalized experiences. Prior to Okta, Alana worked in roles across Customer Success, Voice of Customer, and Digital Success, most recently at LinkedIn and Atlassian.
Austin is a digital growth expert at Okta, specializing in analytics to enhance customer engagement, optimize retention strategies, and streamline sales enablement. As an Associate Digital Growth Manager, he drives scalable customer success through automation and data-driven strategies. With a background in LinkedIn marketing and product strategy, he has trained global organizations and delivered a TEDx talk on LinkedIn growth.
Shachar Avrahami is the VP of Product & Strategy at EverAfter, where he helps companies transform how they engage customers through scalable customer programs. With over a decade of experience studying and implementing customer success strategies, Shachar has developed a deep understanding of what makes programs impactful.
